Hi MohamedaliBouafif Dynamic public IP's are ok, you can choose DHCP in the R network setting, or a fixed static LAN IP is also fine but you would need to do port forward on the router for R. Please feel free to reach out to our support team on this at support@tvunetworks.com.

The Receivers and Packs are linked by their "Peer ID's" and will find each other, even if an IP changes.
