TVU not working with DJI air 2

It says that the aircraft is disconnected when I follow the TVU anywhere instructions.
Anyone know any tricks?

Hi James,

Please check your TVU Anywhere version first. Make sure your are using the latest Anywhere version. You can check it in your APP store, if there is any updates for the APP, please upgrade it then.

If you can provide any error pictures you got, it will be appreciated.
