TVU Anywhere App Won't Launch

Downloaded the TVU Anywhere app from the AppStore but it crashes on launch. The App Store says it will work on MacOS 10.11 or later and my 2012 MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.14.6

Are there any hardware requirements that are not mentioned in the App Store?

The hardware 2012 MacBook Pro is a bit old to support TVU Anywhere. I would recommend you using MacBook newer than 2015.

Thanks for your reply. It seems this would be important information that should be in the description of the app in the app store since it stated under compatibility that TVU Anywhere would work on my MacBook Pro. We searched your site as well as your data sheet for the app and there is no mention of hardware requirements. Thanks again!
